Aqua Medic Ocean Runner Aquarium Pump - OR 2500

The Aqua Medic Ocean Runner is a magnetically coupled aquarium pump for circulation or as a return pump, in freshwater and saltwater tanks.

Key Features

• Quiet Running: a fully encapsulated synchronous motor with a polished ceramic shaft and bearing.
• In Or Out Of The Water: can be run submerged, down to 1 m, or set up outside the tank.
• Overheat Protection: a built-in thermal cut-out protects the motor if the impeller is blocked.
• Saltwater Resistant: all materials are made for salt water. 3 m cable, IP68.

Sizes We Hold

• OR 2500 - up to 2,500 L/h, maximum head 2.6 m, 38 W.
• OR 6500 - up to 6,500 L/h, maximum head 3.8 m.

Good To Know

• Never run it without water in the impeller chamber.
• Flow falls as the pump pushes water higher, so check the head height of your return run.
• Maximum water temperature is 35 °C.
• It comes apart easily for cleaning. Clean the impeller every few months.
