Description
The Aqua Medic Eco Runner 12000 is a high-flow aquarium pump from the Eco Runner series, rated for about 12,000 litres an hour, for moving water between a sump and the tank or for strong circulation.
Key Features
- High Flow: Eco Runner models are named for their flow in litres per hour, so this one moves about 12,000 L/h.
- Efficient Motor: an electronically controlled synchronous motor built for high flow at low power use.
- Wet Or Dry: can be run submerged or set up outside the water.
Good To Know
- Flow drops as the pump has to push water higher, so the real return flow will be well below 12,000 L/h on a tall run.
- Never let the pump run dry of water in the impeller chamber.
- Clean the impeller and housing every few months to keep the flow up.
- Unplug the pump before taking it out of the water or opening it.
